Mediation Agreement:       MEDIATION/ARBITRATIONS

Procedures:

It is respectfully requested that all documentation, pleadings, mediation summaries and any other relevant materials be submitted 72 hours before the mediation in order to ensure adequate time for review. All documents reviewed will be considered part of the mediation.

Deposits & Cancellation Fee:

A deposit of a fifteen hundred dollars is to made seven days prior to mediation, payable in equal amount by each party. All cancellations less than two working days before the mediation will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless of course, there are extenuating circumstances.
