COVID 19

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

 

First and foremost, I hope you and your families are well.

 

        Even though many of us feel the need to get back to work, it is so very important to heed the warnings of our top medical professionals and continue social distancing, a crucially important public health intervention that can help stop transmission of Covid-19.

 

        Our office is working remotely, and we will be returning all phone calls and emails. We have begun conducting virtual hearings on arbitrations, special master assignments and mediation using the zoom platform for the convenience and safety of both lawyers, and their clients. Zoom is a video conferencing platform which is capable of creating a confidential multi- room setting. When mediating, Zoom provides a main conference room for all of the participants and then as many break out rooms as necessary for the parties. The breakout rooms allows the parties to have confidential conversations just like an in person mediation.

 

         I am very aware of the economic hardships that the Coronavirus pandemic has caused across our country. Please feel free to call me if you or your client are in need of assistance with our standard fees.
